The collection is written, created and government produced by David Eire (The Lovers, Ulster American, Cyprus Avenue). Lee Haven Jones (A Merciless Love: The Ruth Ellis Story, Passenger, Physician Who) directs the primary three episodes. Andrew Cumming (Shetland, Payback, Chilly Toes) directs the second half of the collection.

ITV Studios will deal with the international distribution of the collection.
