Midsommer, The Green Knight, Hereditary, Minari. All great independent films and all about as far away from a Marvel movie as imaginable. And yet, those are just some of the titles used in the latest footage from Thunderbolts, the anti-Avengers team-up movie coming to theaters on May 2.

Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Hannah John-Kamen, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus all star in the film, reprising their roles from earlier Marvel movies and shows. But that much we knew. In this new video from Letterboxd, the light is shined more on the behind-the-scenes talent that helped make those aforementioned movies so special. Check it out.

So let’s use real names here. The first credit says “From the stars of Midsommar, A Different Man, and You Hurt My Feelings.” That’s Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Obviously, each has much more famous works to mention, but that would ruin the fun. “The writers and director of Beef” refers to Lee Sung Jin, who created Netflix’s Beef and co-wrote Thunderbolts, and Jake Schreier, who directs this and did episodes of Beef. The production designer of Hereditary is Grace Yun, the editor of Minari is Harry Yoon, and the composers of Everything Everywhere All at Once are Son Lux. Those are arguably each of their most famous credits, but it does show that Schreier and Marvel are using people who have some serious independent credits.

But will all that talent both in front of the camera and behind translate to the Marvel Cinematic Universe? This footage suggests so, with lots of weird, fun, quirky moments between all the talented actors. And honestly, most of them were so great in their original shows and movies, we are just excited to see more of them.

And that’s coming very soon too as Thunderbolts heads to theaters May 2.
