As soon as the final Oscar of the night was presented to Anora for Best Picture at the 97th Academy Awards on Sunday, the real party officially kicked off at the annual Vanity Fair Oscar after-party. The star-studded bonanza at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills was the place where newly minted winners collided with Hollywood’s biggest movie stars, musicians, fashion icons, athletes, and industry titans—all ready to celebrate with an endless supply of In-N-Out burgers.
Around 11:45 p.m., Best Actor winner Adrien Brody (The Brutalist) arrived at the party, proudly holding his new Oscar. He was joined by his mother, acclaimed photographer Sylvia Plachy, his father, Elliot, and his girlfriend, Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman. Greeted by friends and well-wishers, Brody looked visibly moved. “It’s been an incredible and emotional night,” he told a guest.

At exactly midnight, Anora’s Best Actress winner, Mikey Madison, strolled into the party clutching her Oscar. Swarmed by photographers, she graciously posed for pictures before joining Brody for a celebratory photo op, the two beaming as they held onto their brand-new hardware. Afterward, Brody, Chapman, and his parents grabbed some In-N-Out burgers and settled at a standing table, where he placed his Oscar in the center before digging in.
Once their late-night meal was finished, Brody escorted his mother, arm in arm, to a sunken living room-style lounge—a space reminiscent of the plush, velvet-clad Hollywood party homes of the 1960s. Across the room, Madison relaxed with Anora director Sean Baker and producer Samantha Quan, surrounded by their multiple Oscars. They were soon joined by cast members Yura Borisov and Mark Edelshteyn, rounding out the victorious crew.
Earlier in the evening, around 11 p.m., Demi Moore—who had been nominated but lost to Madison—made an appearance. She was warmly greeted by Tracee Ellis Ross before engaging in a long conversation with Kim Kardashian. The two held hands during their chat, exchanging a heartfelt hug before Moore made her exit. Kardashian then reunited with her pal Lauren Sánchez, and the two giggled over their matching bridal-esque white gowns, showering each other with compliments. Kardashian stunned in a custom Balenciaga Haute Couture strapless white gown, while Sánchez opted for a strapless white dress with a feather-trimmed train. After their reunion, Kardashian meandered over to the bar, where she linked up with Doja Cat before being joined by Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

Chalamet, ever the devoted date, remained close to Jenner throughout the night, holding her hand as they navigated the crowd. The pair eventually settled into a small lounge area where his A Complete Unknown co-star Elle Fanning was seated. “I love your dress,” Jenner said, embracing Fanning. Just a few feet away, Andrew Garfield and A Complete Unknown’s Best Supporting Actress nominee Monica Barbaro held court at the bar, engaging in conversation with Pose star Michaela Jaé Rodriguez before later chatting with Jodie Turner-Smith.
