Given Lisa is both a global pop star and a booked-and-busy actor (you can catch her on this season of The White Lotus), it’s safe to say that the superstar is always on the go. Lisa was the perfect subject, then, to dish on what she carts around in her everyday travel bag: For a new Vogue video, the Blackpink member shared the essential items that she simply must have on her at all times—including everything from sunglasses to herbal teas and hot sauce. (Yes, hot sauce: Cue that Beyoncé Formation lyric.)
Let’s start with Lisa’s current go-to bag itself: a Louis Vuitton black Biker bag. “It’s the perfect size; I have a lot of stuff to carry,” says Lisa, who fronted a recent campaign for the house. Up first? Snacks, of course. The pop star is a fan of BoomChickaPop’s sweet and salty popcorn, and also carries around a mini bottle of Tajin sauce. “Sometimes you need a little spice on your fruit,” she says. For a bit of self-care on the go, she carries around herbal inhalers and tea bags. (She is a singer, after all, and has a voice to protect.) “I fly a lot, and in the plane, it’s so dry,” she says. “I get sore throats super easily. These are good for your throat.”
Elsewhere in Lisa’s bag you’ll find a variety of cutesy and kitschy accessories, including a Penguin-themed wallet, a cat-shaped scalp massager, and a cat-adorned phone case. Why the feline obsession? “I have five cats,” says Lisa. “Leo, Luca, Lily, Louis, Lego. I already have a name for my new cat—it’s Lemon.”
Lest we forget some of the star’s go-to beauty products, like her favorite velvety lipstick, hydrating mist, and compact. Surprisingly, for such a glamorous red carpet star, she takes a minimal approach to makeup. “I like to do makeup-no makeup,” she says. “Just blush and lips.” Her choice of Bose earphones, though, hint at something exciting to come. “These days, I’m listening to the songs I’m working on,” Lisa teases. “I can’t wait for you guys to hear it.”
